Obama said to be near decision on Keystone XL Pipeline permit
President Barack Obama will make a decision on the controversial Keystone XL Pipeline in the next couple of months, according to state governors who attended a meeting at the White House today.
There is no specific timeline for Obama to act but he’s waiting on a national security assessment from the State Department. Also, the comment period on environmental impact statement for the pipeline ends March 7.
